Title: Asymptotic analysis and topological derivatives (TDs) for Helmholtz equations

We provide simple formulaes for topological derivatives of shape functionals in electromagnetism. The technique used to this end is based on general theory developed in the monograph with André Novotny [2]. In order to derive the exact solutions in the ring for purposes of asymptotic analysis the modified Bessel functions are used. The domain decomposition technique is applied to obtain the formulae for TDs in arbitrary domains.References[1] a joint paper with A.
