Shape optimization with nonlinear PDEs constraints

The theoretical issues for shape optimization problems with the nonlinear PDEs constraints are described. There are the applications of the proposed approach:- compressible fluids with rigid obstacles- nonlinear elasticity and the growth models- topological derivatives for semilinear PDEsThe existence of optimal shapes is shown in the framework of Kuratowski-Mosco convergence of the associated Sobolev spaces. The weak renormalized solutions of the nonlinear equations are used in this framework. The kinetic formulation of the equations is required for the limit passage in the model. The optimality conditions for specific problems are obtained for the local, approximate solutions of the model.
